GildedTail was created from two simple passions: a love of reading and a love of our pets.

We believe the best stories are meant to be shared, not only with fellow readers, but with the companions curled up beside us through every late night chapter and weekend reading marathon.

Our mission is to connect readers with incredible indie authors and indie publishing companies through thoughtfully curated special edition books, exclusive reader merchandise, and story inspired products for cats and dogs.

Not every pet toy sample we receive makes it into a GildedTail box.

Whenever possible, unused toys and product samples are donated to shelters, rescue organizations, and foster homes to bring comfort, enrichment, and a little extra joy to pets still waiting for their forever families.
