Waitlist Terms

These Waitlist Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Gilded Tail waitlist operated by Gilded Tail, Inc. ("GildedTail," "we," "us," or "our") at gildedtail.com (the "Site"). By joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Waitlist Registration

By submitting your email address through the waitlist signup form on the Site, you are expressing interest in receiving information about Gilded Tail's subscription box services when they become available. Joining the waitlist does not create an obligation for you to purchase a subscription, nor does it obligate Gilded Tail to offer you a subscription on any particular terms or timeline.

2. No Guarantees or Commitments

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive a subscription box, be offered a subscription at any particular price, or receive priority access to any products or services. Gilded Tail reserves the right to determine the order, timing, and manner in which waitlist members are offered subscriptions, in its sole discretion.

Waitlist position is non-transferable. We make no representations regarding wait times or availability.

3. Email Communications and Marketing Consent

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Gilded Tail, including:

• Updates regarding the status of the Gilded Tail launch and your waitlist position.
• Promotional and marketing emails about Gilded Tail products, services, special offers, and related content.
• Announcements about subscription availability, pricing, and new product lines.
• You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in each email or by contacting us at hello@gildedtail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will remove you from the waitlist.

4. Information Collected

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide. This information is used solely for the purposes described in these Terms and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Modifications and Termination

Gilded Tail reserves the right to modify these Terms, discontinue the waitlist, or remove waitlist members at any time, without notice or liability to you.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
